Stephanie Pallante

AVP, Campus Recruiting & Early Talent Programs, Aramark

In this role, she is accountable for the strategic direction and tactical execution of campus recruiting efforts and early talent leadership development programs for nearly 1000 hires annually.   These recruitment efforts focus on over 60 CORE campuses, engaging over 7500 students annually and leveraging innovative technologies to hire the ‘best athletes’ into Aramark.   

Prior to joining Aramark in 2013, Pallante spent a year as Associate Director for North American Recruitment for PPD.  During this time, she managed a team responsible for achieving PPD’s hiring goals across the region, while also leading the company’s strategic corporate-wide Employment Value Proposition effort.

Previously, Pallante was the Global University & Diversity Recruiting Leader at Merck.  During her 8 years with Merck, she led all collegiate hiring activities for Undergrad, MBA, PhD, Intern and Co-Op hires. 

Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Colleges & Employees, where she has been an active member for the past 15 years and has served on a number of strategic committees.   

Pallante is a graduate of Kutztown University with a B.S. degree in Telecommunications.    She resides in Bucks County, PA with her husband, two teenagers and three rescue pets!
