Susan is currently engaged as a Supervising Consultant within the Global Centers of Excellence. Based in London, UK, Susan's specialist topics include strategic workforce planning, human capital strategies and advising on stakeholder engagement practices.
Susan has extensive experience in the human capital sector which includes leadership positions in staffing operations, strategic account management, thought leadership and has developed a CRM model with practices designed to support understanding, mutuality, trust and longevity.
Over the last 2 years Susan has directed and crafted the discovery, design and development of strategic workforces planning practices. These help to: educate, guide and underpin the generation of strategic insight and unlock how peoples plans can be leveraged to create immediate and future organizational goals.
