Tim Adler has more than 20 years experience working with large organizations on their training and development needs. He has been with Paradigm Learning for 12 years.
During that time he has helped dozens of large organizations implement business acumen/financial literacy initiatives. His clients include Whirlpool, La-Z-Boy, Tim Hortons, Heinz, JPMorgan Chase, U.S. Steel, Nestle, Alcoa, CIBC, Sherwin-Williams, NiSource and many healthcare organizations.
Prior to joining Paradigm Learning, Tim was the founder and President of a professional development firm. He has facilitated numerous leadership and strategic planning initiatives and understands the challenges faced by H.R., O.D. and training professionals.
Beyond financial literacy, Tim has partnered with organizations to tackle such topics as leadership accountability, talent development, project management and change initiatives, all utilizing Paradigm Learning’s innovative discovery learning solutions. He serves as a strategic thinking partner on enterprise-wide training and corporate communication and alignment initiatives.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Tim resides with his wife in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
