Tina has been with The Boeing Company for more than 30 years. She began her career with the Space Systems Division as a member of the Logistics staff, and in the years since she has had the opportunity to serve in several different capacities within Boeing. Specifically, Tina has held a variety of positions in the Engineering, Human Resources and Logistics organizations.
Currently, Tina is a member of Boeing’s Strategic Workforce Planning organization which helps the company ensure it has access to a skilled, diverse, and sustainable workforce. In this capacity, Tina is responsible and accountable for the development, deployment and project management of Boeing's Strategic Workforce Planning framework and approach. This includes building associated processes, templates and tools designed to maximize Boeing's ability to effectively meet current and future business objectives. Tina also serves as a workforce planning consultant to functions and business units within Boeing.
Tina possesses a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. Tina resides with her husband in Orange County, California; she has two beautiful daughters and two precious grandsons. Tina’s passion is to spend time with her husband and family. She also embraces the opportunity to invest into the lives of others. She is volunteering in several areas; and, currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Breast Cancer Care & Research Fund (BCCRF) based in Los Angeles.
