Tricia Sapp has a passion for helping her HR Partners translate their business requirements and processes into a workable technology solution. For over 15 years, Tricia has held various positions in the Human Resources space including Payroll, HR Shared Services, HR Generalist, Compensation, and HR Systems with companies including Ingersoll-Rand and Lowe’s. Her vast experience in these key areas has proven invaluable in understanding the integration of information for her business partners while also ensuring an engaging candidate experience. Tricia holds a BA in Management of Information Systems and a BA in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. She is a member of the Client Advisory Council for IBM/Kenexa as well as a member of their Retail Talent Acquisition Program – Advisory Committee.
