We all have heard the terms such as predictive analytics and data science used in workforce planning. We also know that Workforce Analytics as a discipline has evolved considerably in the last few years, particularly in the applications of science and statistics. Despite this progress, the impact of workforce planning and analytics efforts have been limited by the need to convince leaders to take action.
