Jen Kegerise leads Cigna's global practice for Talent Insights & Strategic Workforce Planning. In her role, she is responsible for building and maintaining the organization's framework which leverages people analytics to plan for current and future talent needs. Previously, she supported early career hiring and Cigna’s campus strategy, and served as the lead recruiting partner for Cigna’s Technology Early Career Development Program and Managed Care Rotational Program. 

Prior to joining Cigna, Jen worked at Lincoln Financial Group for 10 years in various HR roles. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Villanova University and certification in HR from Duke University. Jen currently sits on the board of Campus Philly, a nonprofit organization that fuels economic growth by encouraging college students to study, explore, live, and work in the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region.
