Larry is a recovering attorney who began his talent acquisition career in 1996. His 20+ years of broad-based global talent acquisition experience includes agency, boutique search, hyper-growth technology and publicly traded companies. He’s currently Vice President Talent Acquisition at Boston based SimpliSafe a disruptor of the home security industry whose mission is Every Home Secure. 

 

Outside of work Larry’s community endeavors are focused on Team IMPACT a non-profit serving kids facing life-threatening diseases by creating unparalleled team-based support systems. Core to the Team Impact model is harnessing the power of teamwork by matching up these courageous kids with college athletic teams (www.teamimpact.org) 

 

Larry graduated cum laude from Tufts University where he was captain of the Varsity basketball team and winner of the Student-Athlete Award. He received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School where he won the Client Counseling Competition.
