Understand Your Talent, Make Better Decisions
Talent intelligence uses workforce data to drive better decisions. In this powerful morning session, you’ll learn how local organizations have been able to pull together the right data, and leverage new analytics to answer tough questions around leadership development, mentoring, performance management and more.
We will be examining questions like:
- Are your HR technologies and processes improving only some of your KPIs, and not others?
- Are these initiatives only impacting high value employees, but not others?
- Are they helping to retain some employees more than others?
You’ll gain insight into the right data to collect, and the key metrics that track the effectiveness of your talent activities. This is critical information for strategic HR leaders, as it enables you to isolate the business impact of your human capital investments, and to take your talent intelligence strategies to the next level.
This event is FREE to qualified strategic HR and business leaders, but seating is strictly limited. Please register online below, or call HCI at 866-538-1909 to reserve your seat today!
