How Ready is Your Organization for Workforce Planning? Building a mature workforce planning function isn’t something that happens overnight. To be successful, organizations must have both the skills and cultural readiness to get the most out of their workforce planning efforts. And once a workforce planning program is underway, it’s hardly assured that it will continue to evolve and improve over time. Only through careful assessment and monitoring can organizations maximize their investments in planning. This workshop gives participants the tools to assess where their organizations stand with regards to workforce planning- beginning, intermediate or advanced, and what they need to do to reach the next level. Designed for participants with a range of workforce planning experience, this workshop will give participants the assessment tools to take stock and help drive their organizations forward.
