Engagement and Retention Workgroup

Boston, MA
October 4, 2010

Agenda: Issue-Based Meetings, Peer-to-Peer Decision Support

HCI's Executive Workgroups are centered entirely on peer-to-peer discussion, and feature a unique decision support tool our members call 'decision-benchmarking': One-page summaries of the decisions and problems that sit on members' desks. Examples of potential decision support exercises include:

  • Sustaining engagement, the alternative to burn-out
  • How leaders' personal authenticity and transparency drive talent commitment
  • Engaging virtual teams
  • Designed to be customized to the interests of participants, our executive workgroup will tackle your challenges- add yours!

These short summaries are followed by group discussion and breakout sessions led by skilled and experienced facilitators. The result: members walk away from each session with practical input from their peers that they can begin to implement immediately, as well as a new set of durable relationships that they can continue to leverage at HCI's member-only portal.
