Rebecca Boyle
HCI Faculty

Rebecca Boyle is President of Energizing Talent where she helps organizations develop leaders, facilitate change, and drive positive performance. As a Human Resource Professional with over 25 years of experience, she is an effective communicator, facilitator, presenter, change agent, and coach across organizational levels. Rebecca possesses significant experience in leadership and organization development, human resources, and performance improvement. 

Rebecca holds an MBA from Canisius College and a BA in history and education from William Smith College. Rebecca has earned the SHRM-SCP and the HRCI SPHR Certifications. In addition, she is certified in numerous programs and assessments. Rebecca has worked in multiple industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Higher Education, and Government. She has experience in all aspects of Human Resources including Talent & Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Employee and Labor Relations. 

Rebecca is a member of SHRM and ATD. She serves as a reviewer for the BEST and Excellence in Practice Awards through ATD where she also is a previous member of the National Advisors for Chapters. Rebecca has been awarded the Leigh Woehling Memorial Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to the Talent Development profession, the Lewis Robinson Memorial Award for mentoring those in the HR field, the Outstanding Contributor Award, the Leadership Service Award, and the Niagara Frontier ATD Lifetime Achievement Award. She serves on the Board of Community Services for Every1, a non-profit organization helping all to use their full abilities.
