In many industries and jobs, the way work gets done has forever changed and will never be the same. It continues to be influenced by technological, generational, and social shifts. In this session Sarah Sheffer will explore the long-term impact that remote work has on workforce planning, as well as three basic elements to consider: how the work is done, who does the work, and where and when work is done. The main areas of focus will include:

  • Emerging jobs/skill sets – Planning for the jobs of the future
  • How remote work can be leveraged to improve business outcomes
  • Incorporating remote work into workforce strategy
