HCI Announces Employee Engagement & Retention Conference to be Held in Chicago, July 11 - 13, 2011
Washington, D.C., June 15, 2011 — The Human Capital Institute announced today the 2011 HCI Engagement and Retention Conference, the only employee engagement conference of its kind, which will take place from July 11-13, 2011 at the Navy Pier Conference Center in Chicago.
As the economy moves toward recovery, company leaders are becoming alarmed at the number of high-performing and high-potential contributors who are disengaged and at risk of leaving their current organizations. HCI’s premier conference on employee engagement and retention provides an opportunity to hear from some of the most exciting and respected thought leaders in the space, as well as from senior practitioners who are grappling with engagement, productivity and retention of top talent, at the front lines of their own organizations.
The 2011 HCI Engagement & Retention Conference will feature keynotes from bestselling author and corporate strategist, Stan Slap, and President, CEO and Director, Campbell Soup Company, Doug Conant. A few other notable speakers whose cutting edge practices will expand attendees thinking and prepare them to grow their talent pipelines for the future include Stuart Crabb, Head of Learning & Development at Facebook, Fiona Laird, SVP of HR and Communications at Unilever, and Stacey Valy Panayiotou, VP of Talent Development & Organizational Effectiveness at Coca-Cola Refreshments.
The event will be sponsored by leading corporations, including Diamond sponsors Kenexa, Taleo, Hay Group, and Oracle. Platinum sponsors include Lee Hecht Harrison, Interaction Associates, and Bridge Consulting. Gold sponsors are HR Solutions, OC Tanner, Camden Delta and Online Rewards.
Bridge Consulting is presenting a pre-conference workshop on Monday, July 11th. HCI will also reveal the findings of a new research study underwritten by Lee Hecht Harrison. The conference will be streamed live for HCI members and guests who have registered for the virtual conference.
