About the webcast: Leadership Drivers of Best Places to Work in the Federal Sector
Being a best place to work in the federal government begins with leaders. Leadership is the critical lever for driving positive change in the culture and workplace environment. In the best agencies to work, leaders inspire confidence, provide clear and compelling direction, empower talent and encourage collaboration. These leaders enable talent to develop attributes that help them be successful, and achieve the agency's imperatives. Surveys of best places to work in the federal government have identified success factors, and leaders who listen have prioritized actions that result in organizational improvements. This webcast reveals what leaders have done to create an agency that is among the best places to work in the federal sector.

On April 28, the Federal Talent Leadership online practice area will host its second webcast in the series: "Driving Accountability and Engagement in the Public Sector." Click here to register and for more information.
