HCI Talent Management Achievement (TMA)

Eligibility

TMA nominations are open to all HCI members and member organizations.

Talent Management Practices awards are for individuals and teams working in talent strategy, acquisition, development and leadership. Entrants may be in recruiting, HR, OD/learning or line management.

Talent Management Technologies awards are for individuals and teams working independently, or in concert with technology solutions providers, to implement talent-focused applications or systems.

Consulting firms are eligible to submit internal (non-client) projects, and to submit partnered nominations for projects that are jointly designed.

Candidates for the Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) designation can elect to automatically enter their practicums.

Nomination Requirements

You may nominate your own project, or profile a colleague

Nominations must be completed and submitted online

Nominations must be category-specific

HCI may recommend placement of a nominee in another category, if more appropriate

Nomination Criteria

HCI’s Talent Management Achievement awards were created to honor true creativity, executional excellence and measurable outcomes in performance and productivity. Successful nominees will align to one or several of the following markers:

• Innovation in business model, process or method
• A novel solution or approach to talent management or leadership
• Definition of a transformational next-practice
• A case of extraordinary practical excellence
• A case of measurable ROI attributed to talent practices
• A case of competitive advantage achieved through talent management
• A case of dramatic cultural impact, leading to improved business results
• Research contributing to the science of Strategic Talent Management
