With the third month of the year comes unending talk of basketball, NCAA, seeds, and brackets. No matter where you live or work, you will likely hear some mention of the March Madness tournament. In the human capital world, the subject of March Madness often focuses on lost productivity or decreased attention resulting from the tournament.
It’s time to consider March Madness from a different perspective: how the competition can actually aid your organization in engaging your workers and successfully filling out a more important bracket, that of employee engagement.
In this fun-filled webinar, Murat Philippe will provide techniques for creating a winning engagement strategy by drawing parallels to the popular tournament. He will analyze the most effective drivers of engagement, and help you create a winning bracket to engage your workers.
