In my current role as Solution Vice President – Employee Engagement and Recognition, I
ensure Maritz has the tools, insight and resources to create impactful employee recognition
experiences that connect employee and employer goals. With over 12 years of experience at
Maritz, I’ve been a student and teacher in the art and science behind effective people solutions.
I get the pleasure of working with our account teams and clients to understand their unique
vision, values, business objectives, challenges and – most importantly – their people.
My background is a unique blend of solution development experience, sales, marketing and
performance improvement technology expertise. I have applied these practices across an
extensive range of industries, for Maritz and other employers such as the St. Louis Post-
Dispatch and what is now Verizon Wireless.
I most enjoy learning about and working with people. Maritz people are the best – they
are why I love to work here. And it is exciting to help other companies shape their cultures
