Angela is currently Director of Human Resources at Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc. She is responsible for overseeing the talent management strategies for the Americas region, which includes the shift to focus on development of local talent to drive local business opportunities.
Prior to Mitsui, Angela was a Director of Human Resources for two regional accounting firms. In this capacity, she was responsible for development and implementation of extensive talent programs in onboarding, competency modeling, training and development programs and succession planning. Angela also provided Human Resources consulting services to small and medium-sized business. She also was an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University for Human Resources, Management and Organizational Development courses.
Angela has a MBA in Human Resources Management and B.S. in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM), Certified Compensation Professional (WorldatWork) and just achieved the Global Human Capital Strategist Designation (HCI).
