Annamarie Lang joined Lee Hecht Harrison as the Senior Vice President of Employee Engagement as the Practice Leader. In this role, Annamarie works with clients to understand and take action on building and sustaining employee engagement to help organizations achieve business results. In her current role, Annamarie oversees the LHH products and services offered to clients. Additionally, she has created the LHH engagement point-of-view. Prior to LHH, Annamarie spent about 10 years at Development Dimensions International working in assessment and leadership development. In her time there, Annamarie has lead product development as well as sales and consultant training efforts as well as working with many fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she has spoken at various industry conferences and authored five articles published in industry publications on learning sustainability, effective virtual classroom use and the development of learning journeys. Annamarie is currently completing her PhD studies in the field of Communication & Rhetorical Studies from Duquesne University. She has a MA in communication studies and undergraduate work in communication/public relations and marketing.
