At Dropbox, Anthony leads the development and execution of the people analytics strategy and long-term roadmap focused on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. He also oversees the HR tech product management function, partnering with functional owners and IT to gather requirements, assess/manage vendors, drive new development/enhancements, and execute against product roadmaps.
Prior to joining Dropbox, Anthony led the Workforce Analytics & HR Strategy function at Gap, Inc., driving data-driven people insights and long-term strategies for its 140,000+ person workforce.Anthony was also a Senior Consultant at the firm Booz Allen Hamilton, advising clients on building best-in-class workforce planning and analytics capabilities and supporting infrastructure.
Anthony earned a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University and a MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
