With over 15 years of recruitment experience, Arelis Correa has had an outstanding career, focused on providing innovative recruiting solutions across a variety of industries. She has over eight years of direct experience in the consulting field, handling everything from non-corporate roles to overseeing the recruitment of management and executive titles. After years of servicing the Brown-Forman account through her work with BrassRing, she decided to become a direct consultant for the company in 2007.
Early on in her tenure for Brown-Forman, Arelis served as a global bi-lingual recruiter, hiring employees in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Argentina, and Mexico, as well as being one of only two field recruiters covering non-corporate roles. After 2009, she focused solely on global talent acquisition in non-US region, leading to her current role as Director of Global Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding for Brown-Forman. She continues to serve as a key collaborator to the international human resource partners and business leaders to deliver high quality recruiting experiences, not only for the business, but for the candidates themselves.
