Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Randstad US

Audra Jenkins, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, is responsible for working with Randstad’s U.S. operating companies to further diversity strategies both internally and externally to elevate the diversity mission for our customers and Randstad overall. In this role, Jenkins provides clients across the organization with guidance for effective strategies in diversity, inclusion, veterans and compliance. Her team includes experts in U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and global diversity-related regulations, and provides diversity and compliance planning, audit and risk assessment services, training, formal governance practices and regulatory updates to keep clients informed on the requirements that impact their recruiting strategies.

With more than 20 years of human resources, diversity and compliance experience, Jenkins was instrumental in developing Randstad’s shared services offerings and has advanced expertise across multiple industries. Prior to joining Randstad, Jenkins served as Director of Human Resources for Acuity Brands Specialty Products, a leading chemical company, where she was responsible for managing human resources, recruitment, diversity, compliance and served on the organization’s Chief Executive Counsel Board.

Jenkins also helps run Randstad’s Hire Hope program. Hire Hope is a program designed by Randstad to provide career readiness training and job placement services to underserved and at-risk women, which includes survivors of exploitation and trafficking. Hire Hope is currently being piloted in Atlanta, Georgia, and is executed in partnership with local community-based resources helping women develop the skills necessary to live independently and increase career-related competences.

Jenkins holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a Human Resources concentration, and a Bachelor’s in Finance, from the University of North Carolina. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Jenkins is also a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Audra is known for her speaking engagements at diversity conferences and has published white papers in her area of expertise.
