Betsy Riley is the current Talent Development Manager at TOMS. She works closely with business partners across the organization on the development of strategic initiatives dedicated to the enhancement of knowledge, effectiveness, and the engagement of employees.
Before joining TOMS, Betsy was an OD Manager at Disney and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), where she partnered with the business to enhance positive culture, organization design, and various team effectiveness strategies.
Betsy holds a Masters graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara. Through all of Betsy’s experience, she puts immense focus on ensuring the talent in an organization is reaching their full potential and maintaining their edge in the industry.
