Brent is a Senior Business Manager at Capital One. He spent a decade in their credit card business before moving to HR Analytics to lead the associate feedback team. He has oversight over the enterprise associate feedback program that spans all-associate, pulse, manager, and exit touch points. Brent drives a people analytics agenda across the full associate lifecycle and in particular focuses on improving engagement, enablement, & inclusion. Brent earned his MBA from Darden and his BS in business and I/O psychology from Georgia Tech.
