Carla Arellano is the VP of Global Client Services for McKinsey’s Organizational Health Index (OHI) Solution, where she drives the development and execution of our marketing and market outreach strategies as well as our financial management. As an Engagement Manager previously in McKinsey’s New York Office, Carla served clients globally and across Health Care, Retail and Corporate Finance. She led transformative strategy engagements in both health care and retail that significantly changed the nature of the organizations McKinsey & Company worked with. Carla contributed significantly to the Firm’s merger management practice, leading the Integration Management Office at one of the Firm's largest mergers that became the foundation for knowledge and approach to integration management. Prior to joining McKinsey, she was at Salomon Smith Barney as an Equity Research analyst covering Latin America Oil & Gas and Conglomerate companies.
Carla has a B.S. F.S. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
