Carmen Allison is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Development for Williams-Sonoma, Inc.   WSI is a $6B company encompassing many well known kitchen and home brands: Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, west elm, Williams Sonoma, Rejuvenation, Mark&Graham.  Over 600 stores globally and over 20,000 associates. WSI is a unique retailer in leading ecommerce and brick and mortar stores with over 49% of revenues generated from online sales.

Carmen leads of team of professionals to develop strategy and execute against goals that are aligned with driving business results.  Her team is comprised of several areas of excellence; system training, leadership development, global, change management and stores learning & development. 

Carmen’s diverse business and human resources professional experience as an HR Generalist, Operations manager, business executive, and a leader of a Learning and Development function gives her a unique perspective on key issues facing leaders today. She has coached broad groups of leaders from supply chain, store operations as well as creative leaders in merchandising and design.

She has coached leaders and developed high potentials.  Her insights on leadership and experiential development shaped successful leaders and deepened the bench strength at three Fortune 500 companies.
