Senior Fellow

Cindy McCauley, Ph.D., is an industrial-organizational psychologist and a senior fellow at CCL. With over twenty-five years of research and application experience, Cindy has developed expertise in leader development methods, including developmental assignments and relationships, 360-degree feedback, and action learning. She co-developed two of CCL’s feedback instruments, Benchmarks and the Job Challenge Profile, and regularly coaches action learning teams. She is co-editor of The Center for Creative Leadership Handbook of Leadership Development and is author of the fieldbook Developmental Assignments: Creating Learning Experiences without Changing Jobs.
