Cindy has been in the Talent Attraction industry for 20+ years. Her primary focus as an HR professional is to align people, process and technology to help companies attract top talent. Cindy has a lot of energy and passion for enhancing the profession and helping her clients achieve results. She is passionate about delivering and designing programs that are proactive and that will win “the war for talent”, by engaging the right technology platform to meet the hiring objectives, as well as, creating a remarkable candidate experience. She has designed and built a CRM solution, led a team responsible for the execution of a responsive career site, researched/implemented/managed a team that delivered a mobile job search and apply solution and led an ATS core implementation team as the subject matter expert on candidate experience and communication.
Her specialties include employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, digital media, talent attraction, sourcing, HR technologies, mobile optimization and applicant tracking systems. While working at a Fortune 5 company she led the efforts and was the winner of the North American Candidate Experience Award in 2015 and 2016, for meeting the high standard of candidate experience excellence. Cindy is part of ATAP, Association Talent Acquisition Professional. She is a Charter Member and Advocacy Project Leader.
