Cindy Ryan is a Human Resources leader focused on strategic HR consultation and talent management. She has been with Cigna for over 15 years and has held a variety of HR leadership roles within the company. Cindy has served as a Human Resources Officer for Cigna, and is currently leading Cigna's Talent Management organization which encompasses Recruitment, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Succession and Employee Relations worldwide.
Cindy has deep expertise in change management, organizational design and development, talent acquisition, leadership coaching and development, and strategy development and execution.
Cindy is a versatile and credible business leader with a passion for leadership coaching, talent management and organizational effectiveness. She is a results-oriented change agent with a record of producing business results with integrated people solutions through demonstrated influential leadership, courage, strong relationships, and a focus on execution. Cindy is widely known as a trusted confidante and coach to executives and senior leaders.
Prior to joining Cigna, Cindy worked in HR generalist roles for a small healthcare delivery company. Cindy holds a Bachelors of Science in Management from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a MILR from Cornell University.
She serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way for Central and Northeastern Connecticut.
