Dianna Hollin is the US Head of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding for HSBC Bank USA. She has worked in various roles in Human Resources for HSBC for nearly 18 years, splitting that time between HR Generalist roles and for the last 9 years working in the centralized talent acquisition team within the bank. Dianna was part of the Talent Acquisition leadership team that successfully moved HSBC from a fully in house recruitment model to an outsource model in 2013. Leading recruitment for a large global banking organization means building an operation to support recruitment needs that range from high volume entry level roles to high touch executive level talent attraction. At present, through Dianna’s leadership, the US HSBC Talent Acquisition team continues to focus on bringing the brightest talent to HSBC with a particular focus on diversity.
