Dion is a senior advisor on labor market intelligence and employment marketing.
In the simplest terms, Dion's primary interest is jobs - how they come about, how they get filled, and, increasingly, how they go away. His expertise comes from more than 15 years on the demand side of the labor market; working with business leaders and talent acquisition executives supporting them in leading talent acquisition for their enterprise.
In his current role as an advisor at CEB, now Gartner he curates and hosts the firm's global executive retreat series on insights for Fortune 1000 talent acquisition executives. He also leads small group recruiting executive dialogues on emerging issues affecting talent demand and supply. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and facilitates executive team offsites.
Prior to CEB, now Gartner, Dion was an executive advisor at CEB, Inc., and a senior business development manager at the Australian Trade Commission. He began his career as a public affairs officer at the Australian Embassy in Washington, DC.
