Elizabeth Blencoe, Director of Enterprise Compensation & Performance Management has been with T-Mobile since 2008. Her team of 10 compensation consultants support broad based compensation initiatives for each line of business. Elizabeth has been instrumental to the success of a number of large scale transformative efforts, including the design and implementation of our broad-banded career/pay approach, activities supporting mergers & acquisitions, and ongoing enhancements to Performance Management.
Elizabeth holds a B.S. in Psychology with a specialization in Business Administration and a CCP certification. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Elizabeth held compensation leadership roles at GE and MetLife. Outside of work, she is a voracious reader, an avid UW Husky fan, enjoys playing in her garden, and loves to travel.
