Eric Dingler is a Talent Development professional with 25 years of experience enabling sustainable, large-scale change in organizations by building new, conscious capabilities. Eric joined Deloitte in 2008 as CLO for Deloitte Consulting, and became CLO for Deloitte & Touche Audit in 2013. Eric focuses on driving accelerated development for client service professionals by orchestrating individuals’ experiences, exposure, and education against their expectations. While at Deloitte, he has led the implementation of a talent development strategy, the development of marquee programs, a differentiated comprehensive learning curriculum, and advances in technology and accessibility supporting the learner experience – including the implementation of Deloitte University. Eric is also the CLO Advisor for the Measurement and Analytics Strategic Priority Team, which leads the evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of Talent Development strategies and solutions to drive business performance. Eric has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Accounting and Finance from the University of Pacific in Stockton, California, and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.
