Farah is responsible for defining the long-term tactical and strategic plan for both ERP and HCM systems to reflect the evolving nature of their global organization. Prior to this role, she was Process and Technology Manager for Oxfam where she led the global performance management rollout and design. She also defined the strategy and roll-out of a unified talent management system which linked learning with performance.
She has been with Oxfam since 2010 and has held past roles in technology and consulting.
