Francine Rosca is a Global Learning Program Manager at HP where she focuses on exploring and implementing innovative, user-centric technologies that engage employees in meaningful learning experiences. She single-handedly developed and managed the “Brain Candy” launch, HP’s uniquely branded and curated Pathgather platform, partnering across all global regions to build traction and alignment.
Francine joined HP two years ago as part of an accelerated program for high potential HR professionals (HP MAP program), where she began exploring what the future of learning technology could look like at HP. Before joining HP, she held various roles focused on learning and development in both corporate and non-profit organizations. Francine holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and a master’s degree in HR Management, both from the Academy of Economic Sciences in Bucharest, Romania.
