Since joining Tupperware Brands in October 2013, Gabrielle has had a major impact on many of Tupperware Brands talent management and Associate development programs and strategies. In 2014, she was instrumental in designing and implementing several Chairman’s Leadership Summits, facilitating with the Chairman/CEO Rick Goings, to develop high potential leaders around the world. In addition to Leadership and Associate Development, she manages Tupperware Brands’ succession management process, OD and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and Associate Engagement programs. She has become a solid partner to senior management and has established strong relationships throughout the organization, including mentoring and coaching of Associates at all levels.
Gabrielle Ingram’s career started in the US Air Force and has spanned across Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, IT, Education and Telecommunication industries in business operations, sales and learning and development roles. She has devoted her career to people development because of the critical difference it makes for organizations to reach their goals. In her spare time she likes to travel and has recently taken up sculling at the Orlando Rowing Club.
