Geoffrey D'Amico

Assistant Vice President of Workforce Strategy and Analytics, Carolinas HealthCare System

Geoff D'Amico is the AVP of Workforce Strategy and Analytics at Carolinas HealthCare System. He received both his B.S. in Finance and MBA from Franklin University School of Business in Columbus, Ohio. Geoff began the first 17 years of his career in manufacturing and retail industries primarily in Finance and Operations roles. He began his HR career as the Chief Administrative Officer for a manufacturing company in Columbus. He landed in healthcare in 1998 serving in key leadership roles within Human Resources including; Analytics Compensation, Benefits, Operations, Workforce Relations, HRIS, OD, Lean.

Geoff is a leader of change, a driver of transformation and is passionate about bringing people, technology, information, and processes together to inspire innovation. He is committed to successfully transforming organizations, aspiring to create and execute ideas through powerful story telling using data, advanced technology, and people working collaboratively at the top of their skillset. Geoff has led several HR Technology and Analytics projects throughout his career integrating human resources operations, talent management processes, and "big HR data" with the business operations.

With an equal passion for high performing teams and seeking the highest levels of workplace engagement, Geoff is most proud of his contribution to cultural advancements achieved through an inspiring vision, strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit while leading a team for an organization that received national recognition on FORTUNE Magazine's Top 100 "Best Places To Work" list for several years running.

Geoff enjoys family and visiting with his two daughters in Boston and New York City, cars, all things sports, and is an enthusiastic Ohio State Buckeye fan. He currently resides in Cornelius, NC with his wife Renée of 30 years and their dog "Lily" while enjoying the Lake Norman area.
