Putting people at the heart of everything she does, Hattie believes that the success of any business is driven by its employees. Before joining award-winning employee experience agency Home in 2014, Hattie held a number of in-house internal communications leadership roles for a range of UK based businesses. Since joining Home as a Communications Strategist she has worked with brands including Hershey, IFF and HSBC to boost engagement and drive behavior.

Over the last two years, Hattie has partnered with Northwell Health to define and develop the organization’s employee value proposition. Since that time, the EVP has grown to become the system’s internal communications platform, touching every part of its 66,000 team members employee experience. Its success is credit to an authentic people led approach, something Hattie is particularly passionate about.
