Ildiko Huppertz is the director of organizational effectiveness and employee relations at ProHealth Care.* In this role, she oversees the organization’s strategic approach to workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, management development and education, team development, succession planning, employee relations, employee onboarding and change management.
Ildiko holds memberships in the National Society of Human Resource Management, the metro Milwaukee chapter of SHRM and the American Society of Talent Development-ASTD. She also is a member of Executive Agenda, Wisconsin's oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across diverse business functions.
She has a B.A. degree in Business Administration/HR from Lakeland College located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin; a certificate in strategic leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Business Administration; and has been certified by HCI as a Strategic Business Partner and has completed its Strategic Workforce Planning course.
