Senior Solution Architect, Aon

Jacob is a Senior Solution Architect for Aon Hewitt’s Cloud Services business.  Jacob is responsible for designing solutions for prospective clients across all of Aon Hewitt’s strategic domains including: Workday, Oracle, SAP, Call Center, Portal, Analytics, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Human Capital Management, and Technology.  Responsibilities encompass owning the client solution from through the entire lifecycle of prospect to signed customer.  Further, is engaged in new product development, collaboration with business leadership, and driving excellence in operational delivery.  Focuses comprise of understanding market dynamics, client needs, internal stakeholder feedback, competitors, third party partners and technology trends and uses this knowledge in partnership with IT to deliver strong solutions to the Cloud Services business.

Jacob joined Aon Hewitt in 2005 and has held roles within Outsourcing spanning: Business Analyst, Lead Systems Analyst, System Project Manager, IT Service Delivery Manager, and currently Senior Solutions Architect. In each of these roles, Jacob has engaged in designing, implementing, and supporting multiple technical solutions and platforms to meet complex clients’ needs across Workday, PeopleSoft/Oracle, and SAP. Jacob’s experiences provide a strong background and perspective to formulate solutions and identify opportunities for clients seeking to expand or move into a best practice model. 

Jacob has an undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University and currently holds a Workday HCM Certification.
