Jacqueline is responsible for human resource strategy and service delivery across Linde Americas Supply Chain organization, leading a team of HR professionals in support of 4,000 employees in North and South America, including Mexico.
She is an accomplished business partner with 20 years of increasing responsibility in talent and organizational effectiveness, project and change management, strategic planning, succession planning and leadership development and coaching, as well as employee relations. Jacqueline is highly regarded for her ability to partner with leaders to transform and redesign organizations and teams, lead complex, enterprise wide projects and continuous improvement to produce outcomes that positively impact the business. She has significant experience in global manufacturing organizations with emphasis in Supply Chain (logistics, transportation, and plant operations), commercial teams, and global shared functions.
Jacqueline holds a BS in Business from College of St. Elizabeth, NJ and a MA in Strategic Leadership and Communication from Seton Hall University, NJ. She has been with the Linde Group for 15 years and prior to Linde worked in specialty metals at Engelhard.
