James Marable is a marketing strategist who found his way into the Employer Brand space in 2010 after joining Macy's Inc. as a Social Media Strategist for the corporate talent acquisition (the first role of its kind at Macy's). Evolving his role into full-on Employer Brand Management (EBM) and establishing the EBM group supporting all functions within Macy's, James has overseen the creation of over 100 EBM videos, launched the paid social media program for TA in 2015 (garnering over 100 million impressions by 2018), and developed thousands of physical marketing pieces for Macy's stores, call centers and warehouses.
James is extremely passionate about employer branding and loves to share his learning over the years speaking at events such as the Talent Brand Summit and the Social Recruiting Strategies Conference among other events.
