Jana Fallon is Vice President of Recruiting at Prudential, Prudential is a financial services leader with $901 billion of assets under management, and has stood for strength, stability, expertise and innovation for more than 135 years. Here, she leads recruiting for the company, and was responsible for building a new staffing organization after bringing the function back in-house after 6 years of outsourcing, and growing the team into the world-class recruiting function it is today. With a well performing infrastructure in place, she now leads the team in their delivery of strategic consultation, branding and recruiting, and other strategic levers that drive quality of hire.
Prior to this role, Jana was the Director of Assessment and Selection, and was responsible for the development and execution of the Company’s Staffing assessment strategy. This included designing and driving the deployment of talent assessment programs.
Prior to joining Prudential, Jana worked for American Express, where she held a series of roles including the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where she led the assessment function for the enterprise and hiring for the Consumer Card business. In that role, Jana led the development and validation of global programs such as a leadership competency model for the enterprise, as well as functional models designed to profile success in critical roles.
Fallon began her career as a talent management consultant at ePredix (now SHL), serving as their Director of Client Development. In that role, she was responsible for managing national accounts and Research and Development for new products.
Jana holds a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She lives in Fanwood, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
