Jane Behrends built and leads the most fabulous Walmart US Strategy, Change and Communications Team. She does change and has done so for more years she publicly likes to admit. Before joining Walmart International in 2010, she worked in the hospitality, healthcare and international aid industries both in change management and change leadership roles implementing systems, business transformations and culture changes – most of them successfully.
In 2013, she took her biggest professional challenge yet and joined the US HR Strategy team working on bringing to life Walmart’s $2.7 billion investment in their 1.3 million associates and in the way they are hired, trained, scheduled and serve 200 million customers each week . She loves EVERY (and this is only slightly exaggerated) minute of her job because it allows her to connect directly with the stores, the associates and Walmart's customers.
