Jessica Kane is Vice President, Business Execution Architecture. In this role she leads the team responsible for creating prescriptive, strategic plans for customer to help transform their business through SuccessFactors HCM platform across the Americas Region. Jessica has been with SuccessFactors for over four years serving as the Director of Business Transformation Services. In this role, Jessica was responsible for providing strategic consulting services to many of our largest,most complex global customers helping them drive demonstrated business value from our strategic human capital management solutions. Previously, Jessica was a Director with Lowe’s Home Improvement leading succession planning, performance management, 360 assessments, and executive coaching for over 180,000 employees across the US and Canada. Prior to Lowe’s, Ms. Kane spent several years with Bank of America. There she held a number of senior positions, most recently serving as Vice President of Executive Development, providing global enterprise-wide consulting to senior executives. Ms. Kane also spent seven years with Aon Consulting providing global management consulting services in the areas of human capital management, assessment, selection, and talent planning.
Throughout her career, Jessica has worked with more than 300 clients, including more than half of the Fortune 100, advising executives and senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives. She has an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology both from the University of Detroit Mercy. Ms. Kane also earned her NCAA letter in Division 1 Fencing while at the University of Detroit Mercy.
