Jolene Skinner is the Global Director of Engagement and Culture at Sitel, where she leads their focus on the associate experience and People-first culture, organization development and employee communications and branding. Jolene has over 15 years of experience, including Bridgestone Americas, Towers Watson and Dell where she has led work on employee engagement and culture, employee communication and the employment brand, talent management and leadership, organization development, and mergers and acquisition culture integration. She also has passion and expertise in developing women leaders and creating work life effectiveness. Jolene is also the Executive Director and founder of Impact Nashville, a non-profit women’s giving circle. Jolene has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
