Kamela is a senior consultant in Culture & Engagement practice focused on talent management strategy and employee lifecycle measurement. Kamela has more than 20 years of diverse experience in talent management, team leadership, program management, communications, marketing and business development.
Prior to joining the firm, she led Talent Management & Strategy for a national retailer, and in that capacity, she was a client who implemented and leveraged the suite of Modern Survey employee lifecycle solutions. Since joining the firm, Kamela has partnered with a broad spectrum of leading organizations across industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, aerospace, government, energy and food processing. In all cases, Kamela brings her experience as a talent management practitioner and client to bear in providing strategic insight to build a better workplace experience unique to each organization.
Building on Kamela’s diverse background, she holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Philosophy in Scottish Literature, and a Master of Management with a concentration in HR Management, and has lived in various parts of the U.S. as well as in Europe (Scotland) and Asia Pacific (Saipan). As your consultant, Kamela is responsible for consulting on the overall strategy for the project and providing oversight to the entire project team, designing the overall research plan, interpreting results in the context of external trends and understanding of organizational requirements, providing feedback on all deliverables, helping build commitment to the project at all levels of the organization, and partnering with you during action planning to turn analysis into action and drive change.
