Katie has been with H&R Block, the world’s largest tax services provider, for three years leading Talent Acquisition programs. In her current role, she is responsible for program management within a TA programs team that manages the annual hiring efforts of 100,000 tax office and support positions across 6,000 company owned offices. Over the past two years, H&R Block’s Talent Acquisition team has transformed their seasonal hiring process, reducing time to fill by over 90%. Prior to joining H&R Block, Katie worked at Cerner Corp. in a variety of roles, including Consultant, Recruiter, and Engagement Leader. Katie attained a PMP certification in 2010. She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University, where she studied Public Relations and Spanish. Katie and her husband enjoy spending time with their two young children and traveling whenever possible.
