Since he was hired at ARCA, a global leader in cash automation and payments technologies, Kevin Joyce has been a key piece of its ‘hockey stick’ like growth. In his three-year tenure, he has served as in-house legal counsel through rapid expansion, deployed a new organizational structure across multiple countries, and championed an analytical approach to the sales process—often all at the same time.
Since July 2014, Kevin has led ARCA's transition to Holacracy, a system that replaces the company's traditional management hierarchy with distributed authority and self-directed work. In November 2015, the company extended the deployment of Holacracy to its operations in Italy, making ARCA the first known practitioner in Italy and one of the largest globally.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. Kevin spends his spare time traveling, trumpeting the merits of NextDraft, and training for the next ARCA ping-pong tournament.
